• A valid card on file is required to reserve your appointment. If you need to update your payment information, you can do so by selecting your preferred location above > Sign In > Account > Payment Details, or give us a call and we'll be happy to assist you.
• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. Appointments can be canceled via the Screamin Peach App or by contacting the studio.
• Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total.
